Shipping Information

Shipping takes place via DHL or DPD. The shipping costs are calculated according to the following table:

Delivery times

We will dispatch your goods within one working day of your order. Sundays and public holidays must be taken into account. Unless we foresee problems with the shipping company we commissioned, the delivery will reach you in 2-3 working days after your order. If the delivery times differ in individual cases, this will be stated on the respective product page. If the goods do not reach you in the time specified by us due to an unforeseeable delay at the designated shipping company, we ask that you notify us immediately so that we can investigate the matter with the designated sender. The delivery times stated apply to domestic shipping. Shipping abroad, if offered, may take 3-4 business days longer.

Payment options

Basically, we offer payment options with credit card, invoice or PayPal. Depending on your choice of payment option, you will receive a discount on the total amount of the delivery. To get the best price advantage, we recommend always paying for your order by credit card, as this will give you the highest discount. The discounts granted and available payment options can be seen in the table below.

Promotions and vouchers

Our online shop offers time-limited (e.g. discounts) or unlimited (e.g. discounts on credit card payments) price promotions. We also offer our customers birthday vouchers and other gifts so that you can purchase our contact lenses and care products even cheaper. Please understand that you can only take part in one price promotion when placing an order. If you have several options available to you to purchase our products at a discount, then simply give one of the vouchers to your friends or relatives.

Furthermore, we will not pass on any of our customers' data to third parties unless this is necessary to carry out the delivery. We also ensure that each of our employees only has access to the information that is necessary for order processing based on their function.
